Learning Environment
ACA’s classrooms provide a comforting environment for children to grow with knowledge and confidence. Students experience a well-defined miniature society in the classroom where they work and learn together in harmony while retaining their individuality. With teachers’ support and direction, children become responsible for their own behavior and contribute to the community by observing rules necessary for peaceful living.
ACA is second to none in education, love, nurturing, and staff preparedness. – Sally M.
The resulting environment enables them to become secure, happy, and inspired to exercise their natural curiosity. They become learners with the self-confidence to solve problems creatively. Self-respect, respect for others, and respect for work are integral parts of the learning experience.
Stimulating Curriculum
Students at ACA develop fundamental skills to foster a successful academic career. The curriculum accommodates all children’s progress and strengths, challenging them all and offering flexibility to support different learning styles. The core curriculum includes five distinct areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies (Geography, History, Science Music and Art). The prepared environment and areas of the Montessori classroom allow children to progress at their own pace to meet their developmental needs.
