Tracey Vickery, is an Admissions Strategist / International Admissions Specialist and owner of GetReadyU in Austin, Texas, as well as the director for summer camp programs at Austin Children’s Academy. For most of the year she assists students and famililes with 21st century skill development and college/career planning. She teaches courses in study skills, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She is a longtime Austinite and University of Texas graduate, as well as an invited speaker at local conferences, events, and schools. She currently serves on the board of Global Austin, an organization which strengthens international exchanges, ties, and citizen diplomacy. Previously, she co-founded Summer Wonders, an award-winning gifted enrichment summer camp, was a founding board member of The Girls’ School of Austin, and served as the director of the IQuest Global Enrichment Center. She is married and has two daughters.
