Meet our CampU Instructor:

Barb Paris is a local artist, art instructor, and entrepreneur.  She has a passion for the visual arts and is an accomplished multi-media artist. Barbara received her B.A. in Education and B.F.A. in Studio Art from UMASS Dartmouth. Currently she is based in Austin, Texas finding inspiration around the Lone Star State. Barbara’s extensive work with children in the arts focuses attention on recognizing and developing the gifts within each student and believes teaching successful life skills through successful art skills is a critical part of the process. She brought her talents as an art teacher to both Boston ISD and Texas RRISD. Keen to develop a lifelong passion for learning in children, Barbara started the Children’s Museum in San Antonio with a few other like-minded women, and she’s also the founder of After School Advantage, and Marmalade Skies. Barbara’s workshops and Artist-In-Residence programs have been enjoyed around the country.
