Ashley Flueckiger graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in December of 2006 with a degree in Applied Learning and Development from the College of Education. She also holds an Associates Degree from the McCombs School of Business, is ESL Certified, and has taught Kindergarten in Leander ISD for 9 years. Ashley served as a Math Teacher Leader charged with creating and implementing District curriculum. She is a Team Leader andMentor to Student Teachers and New to Profession Teachers. She presents at District-Wide Continuing Education Conferences on writing, reading and math in Kindergarten, and is passionate about creating fun, engaging learning environments where kids can explore and make connections to the real world. She’s believes in anything that supports students becoming responsible, productive global citizens and loves traveling, cooking, working out, and reading. Ashley’s also enjoying newly-wedded bliss with her husband Matthew!
