Many families living within our community do not have extended family nearby for support, and that’s where Austin Children’s Academy steps in as a trusted member of your family. This is exactly why we offer flexible schedule options to accommodate parents’ busy work schedules and responsibilities. We want to help you customize a schedule that works best for your family.
Our Schedule Options
Daily Schedules
- Half-Day Program (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM): Designed for younger learners, this program fosters independence and builds foundational skills.
- Full-Day Program (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM): A well-rounded schedule balancing academic growth, social interaction, and creative exploration.
- Extended-Day Program (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM): Ideal for working families, this program offers additional hours of care with enriching activities and nutritious meals included.
Weekly Schedules
- 2-Day Program: Choose any two days that best fit your schedule. This option provides flexibility for families needing part-time care and early educational exposure.
- 3-Day Program: Select any three days of your choice for a balanced, part-time schedule that supports your child’s development.
- 5-Day Program: A consistent, full-week program offering comprehensive Montessori education and enrichment opportunities.
Create a Custom Schedule
Families have the unique opportunity to tailor their child’s schedule by combining our daily and weekly program options. Whether you need care for just a few days a week or a full schedule, we work with you to create a customized tuition plan that suits your family’s needs. Our programs are billed monthly. If you would like to adjust your program schedule, simply let us know and we can help accommodate your dynamic schedule. We also offer sibling discounts, and financial guidance to help families make the most of their investment in their child’s education.

ACA’s “Start-Date Guarantee”
ACA has limited availability, but we understand how important it is for you to have a school you can trust. No matter the time of year you’re looking to enroll your child, we will work to find a date that suits both your family and our school, guaranteeing a start date to provide you with peace of mind. During your enrollment process, our Admissions Team will ensure your start date is confirmed.
