Safety & Security: Our Top Priority
Recognized as One of the “Safest Local Schools” in Cedar Park: ACA maintains rigorous safety protocols to protect our students and staff. Our campus features secured entry with personalized access cards and monitored access points, along with extensive surveillance systems to ensure a safe environment.
Visitor & Pick-up Protocols: All visitors and guests must notify ACA prior to arrival, be pre-approved, provide photo identification, and are personally escorted at all times while on campus grounds. Strict pick-up protocols are in place managed by the Administration Team to ensure each child’s safety and efficiency.
Being Prepared, Proactive & Protected: Emergency preparedness includes regular fire drills, lockdown training, and detailed evacuation plans. All staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and we maintain low teacher-to-student ratios for attentive supervision.
With a focus on proactive measures, ACA ensures a secure, supportive space where children feel confident and families enjoy peace of mind.
Spacious Classrooms: Designed for Inspired Learning
Thoughtfully Designed Montessori Classrooms: We offer (11) spacious classrooms designed to inspire children to thrive. Filled with natural light, each classroom creates a warm and inviting environment.
Equipped for Comfort & Purpose: Every space features a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a classroom library, and a comprehensive collection of age-appropriate, authentic Montessori materials.
Comprehensive Learning & Development: The Montessori learning materials are specifically organized into five key areas of learning: Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, and Cultural Studies. This setup fosters curiosity, encourages independent learning, and supports the holistic development of every child.
Dynamic Indoor Recreational Areas & Outdoor Playgrounds
Two Outdoor Playgrounds: Shaded by native live oak trees, ACA features age-appropriate play equipment in two separate outdoor spacious areas designed to inspire active and imaginative fun.
Two Indoor Play Areas: Additionally, our indoor recreational area provides a comfortable space for physical activities during Texas’ hot summers and chilly winter cold fronts. We are excited to share that our second facility is being built and plans to open very soon!
Versatile Spaces for Enrichment: These multi-purpose spaces host extracurricular enrichment programs such as dance, gymnastics, and multi-sport activities, including soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf, and tennis—all within a safe and secure environment.
Health, Hygiene, and Well-Being: Our Commitment to Our Community
At ACA, we take responsibility for the health and well-being of our students and staff. We demonstrate our commitment through thorough daily cleaning and maintenance protocols.
Daily Deep Cleaning & Sanitization for a Healthy Environment: Each day our professional cleaning team conducts a deep cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas, while learning materials, toys, and surfaces are sanitized multiple times throughout the day to prevent the spread of germs.
Prioritizing Allergy Safety & Health Protocols: We take allergies very seriously, partnering with families to thoroughly understand each child’s unique needs and implementing comprehensive preventative measures to ensure their well-being. We have detailed protocols to ensure the safety of our children. We also adhere to strict health and food hygiene procedures, including safe food handling, proper storage, and allergen management.
Proactive Safety & Compliance: Routine hazard prevention checks ensure risks are promptly addressed, and ACA complies with all state and local inspections, licensing requirements, and oversight, creating a clean, well-maintained, and nurturing environment for learning and development.
